Standard Booking Policy

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 7 days before the arrival date/time are without charge.
Payment is taken in full within the 7 days prior to arrival using the card given on booking without exception.
After this time all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.


Promotional Code Booking Policy

Some Promotional Code discounts are  Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable, (see offer) and payment is taken at the time of making the booking. No changes or alterations can be made to these booking. We suggest that you take out insurance if you make a special offer booking. 


Group Bookings

For bookings of 3-5 rooms.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 14 days before the arrival date/time are without charge.
Payment is taken in full within the 14 days prior to arrival using the card given on booking without exception.
After this time all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

For bookings of 6 to 11 rooms                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total charge is taken to secure the booking.                                                                                                                                                            Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 14 days before the arrival date/time are without further charge.
Final Payment is taken in full within the 14 days prior to arrival using the card given on booking without exception.
After this time all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.


Child Policy

Children from 6 years and above are welcome here at the Hen Dy. To see correct prices and occupancy information, please make sure you have added the correct number of children and their ages in your search (Children under 6 years may be accommodated with Ian & Tracey's agreement, telephone direct for information).


Limited Parking

We only have 3 Parking permits for parking at the front of the propertyand a parking space in our rear car park (with no walk through)and these operate on a first booked basis, so booking early is advised. A charge of £5 per day will be added to your room cost for this facility.These permits are only allocated when booked direct with us or on this website. (No bookings on other Internet booking sites are included in this, such as Booking.Com). A charge of £100 will be taken for a lost permit to cover the cost of a new one from the council and 7 days parking charges, which will need to be paid.

Travel Insurance

Please note, that due to the Covid-19 situation we now advise all our guests to take out Travel Insurance for any stays here.

From 1st July 2020 all deposits and payments taken under their particular terms and conditions will remain non-transferable and non-refundable.


FOOD & DRINK IN ROOMS

Unfortunately we do not allow guests to cook or bring takeaways into the bedrooms. This also applies to the lounge area along with not drinking or eating your own snacks in the lounge area, unless in exceptional circumstances agreed with the owners. The honesty bar is provided for this. The Honesty bar/Lounge is open from 8am-10.30/11pm, it is closed at 10.30pm if the facility is not being used, it is locked during the night.


CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT

Check in time - 2pm - 8pm.

Check-out time  - 8am - 10am.

Please enquire before booking with us if you are going to arrive/depart at different times to the above, we will try to accommodate these but cannot guarantee them as reception is not manned before 8am and after 8pm except for emergencies.   (charges may be applicable)
