Guests will have up to 7 days prior to your arrival date to amend or cancel your booking. Please note that, there is no cancellation allowed on these bookings with in the 7 days prior to the arrival date, all payments and deposits are non-refundable

Limited Parking

We only have 4 car parking spaces, which are allocated to guests who book only with us on our website or direct by email or telephone with us ( not on any other booking sites like Booking.Com), these spaces are giving on a first booked basis only and therefore we cannot guarantee parking on your arrival. We are happy to email you a Llandudno car parking map.

Travel Insurance

For your peace of mind we recommend that you take out travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances that you may require to cancel within the no refund period of your booking.

Hen Dy Guest Information

Your room will be available from 2pm to 9pm on the day of arrival, Please be aware we do not offer check in after 9pm and we respectfully ask that the room be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.If a late checkout is required, please ask on arrival if this is possible (charges are applicable).

Please note, takeaway food or food preparation is not allowed in guest rooms, also your own snacks, drinks and takeaways cannot be consumed in the lounge area, unless agreed with the owners under exceptional circumstances. The honesty bar is supplied for this.

The Lounge / Honesty Bar is open daily 7.30am - 11.00pm.

Daily Housekeeping is available until 1.00pm

Breakfast is served from 8.15am - 9.15am each day, we will be taking times for seating to accommodate all our guests. You can pre booka time of your choice by contacting us direct prior to your arrival, if not we will allocate breakfast times slots left on check in
