We ask our guests to be considerate with the noise level, as other guests may be sleeping in their rooms and also do not run up & down the staircases.

Child Policy

Children from 6 years and above are welcome here at the Hen Dy. To see correct prices and occupancy information, please make sure you have added the correct number of children and their ages in your search (Children under 6 years may be accommodated with Ian & Tracey's agreement, telephone direct for information).

Cot and Extra Bed Policies

Parking

We only have 4 Parking permits for parking at the front of the property and operate on a first booked basis, so booking early is advised. These permits are only allocated when booked direct with us or on this website. (No bookings on other Internet booking sites are included in this, such as Booking.Com).

We meet you outside the hotel and swap one of our cars for yours to park in the space held and give you a parking permit to display on you dashboard, Please note that if you are going to go out in the car during you stay we will need to replace the parking space with our car to keep the parking space 

We would appreciate that if you were to move your car during your stay that you do not move until at least 9.30am as we are serving Breakfast and we can offer parking again up to 8.00pm, after this time you will need to find a parking space near by.

The parking space is available to you until 10am on the day of check-out.

Please contact us direct before making a booking to check if any are still available. Otherwise parking is not guaranteed.

CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT

Check in time - 2pm - 8pm.

Check-out time- 8am - 10am.

Please enquire before booking with us if you are going to arrive/depart at different times to the above, we will try to accommodate these but cannot guarantee them as reception is not manned before 8am and after 8pm except for emergencies.(charges may be applicable)

Other Information

The Hen-Dy has a non-smoking policy throughout, including the use of e-cigarettes in public areas. 

We also operate a policy of no hot food or takeaways in the guest bedrooms to ensure our high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained at all times.

This also applies to the lounge area along with not drinking or eating your own snacks in the lounge area, unless in exceptional circumstances agreed with the owners. The honesty bar is provided for this. 

The Honesty Bar/Lounge is open from 8am-10.30/11pm. It will close at 10.30pm if no one has used the facility, and locked during the night.
